Steamed Red Yeast Paste Chicken

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients (A)
  • 3 Chicken thighs
  • 1 tbsp Wolfberries
  • 5 Mushrooms
  • 50 gm Ginger ( chopped )

Ingredients (B)

  • 100 gm Red yeast rice paste
  • 1 tbsp Angel Oyster Sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Angel Light Soy Sauce (Selected)
  • ½ tbsp Angel Oriental Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp Angel Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Corn flour
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Wash chicken and drain. Cut into pieces.
  2. Soak mushrooms until soft, wash and cut into slices.
  3. Mix ingredients A and B, arrange into a steaming bowl.
  4. Put into steamer and steam for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
