The Laughing Dish


  • 400 gm big prawns
  • 1 loaf baguette
  • 50 gm alfalfa sprouts
  • 50 gm meat floss


  • 2 tbsp Angel Light Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Angel Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Wash and clean prawns, drain and leave aside.
  2. Cut baguette into pieces 1½″ thick and scoop out the centre part.
  3. Fill the centre part with a bunch of alfalfa sprouts.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add in prawns and pan fry until cooked.
  5. Mix seasoning and pour into prawns, stir fry well.
  6. Arrange prawns on baguette, sprinkle top with meat floss and serve.
