Spicy Chicken Noodles
- 400 gm yellow noodles
- 100 gm choy sum
- 2 chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Angel Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tbsp Angel Sweet Chilli Sauce
- ½ tsp Angel Thick Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Angel Thick Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Angel Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp broth
- 2 tbsp shallots oil
- Mix ingredients (B) and marinate for 2 hours.
- Arrange in oven and grill until golden brown and cooked.
- Put (A) in hot water, bring to a boil, remove and drain.
- Mix in seasoning (C), put onto a serving plate.
- Cut grilled chicken into pieces, arrange on noodles and serve.
