Hot And Spicy Mackerel

Ingredients (A)                                             

  • 2 slices Mackerel (300 – 400 gm)
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients (B)

  • 40 gm each of 3 colors (red, green and yellow) capsicum
  • 40 gm big onion

Seasoning (C)

  • 2 tbsp Angel Sriracha Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Angel Sweet Chilli Sauce

Method:

  1. Rub salt all over fish. Cut capsicums and big onion into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add in fish and pan fry both sides until golden brown and cooked.
  3. Mix ingredients (B) with seasoning (C) and spread on fried mackerel. Serve hot.
