Grilled Seafood Combo

Ingredients (A)                                             

  • 500 gm Salmon fillet
  • 100 gm soaked cuttlefish
  • 100 gm squids
  • 200 gm lala
  • 300 gm prawns
  • 1 crab
  • 100 gm shiitake mushrooms

Ingredients (B)

  • 2 tbsp Angel Oyster Sauce
  • A pinch of thyme, rosemary, dill, and  parsley

Ingredients (C)

  • Baby tomatoes

Method:

  1. Grill ingredients (A) on a griller until cooked, remove and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix in ingredients (B) evenly.
  3. Put all the cooked ingredients on a platter and arrange ingredients (C) at the side before serving.
