- 1 whole Tilapia (500 gm)
Ingredients (B) shredded
- ½ small bowl coriander
- ½ small bowl spring onion
- ¼ small bowl carrot
- ¼ small bowl young ginger
- 3 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp ANGEL BRAND Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- ½ tsp Windmill potato starch
- Add pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp water
- Wash and clean fish, then place on a steaming plate.
- Mix ingredients (C) in a bowl and pour over fish.
- Place fish into steamer and steam for 12 minutes.
- Remove fish and sprinkle with ingredients (B) . Serve hot.
