Steamed Red Yeast Paste Chicken
- 3 Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp Wolfberries
- 5 Mushrooms
- 50 gm Ginger ( chopped )
- 100 gm Red yeast rice paste
- 1 tbsp Angel Oyster Sauce
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Angel Light Soy Sauce
- ½ tbsp Angel Oriental Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp Angel Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- Wash chicken and drain. Cut into pieces.
- Soak mushrooms until soft, wash and cut into slices.
- Mix ingredients A and B, arrange into a steaming bowl.
- Put into steamer and steam for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
