- 600 gm belly meat
- 1 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Light Soy Sauce
- Cooked green vegetable
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 15 mushrooms, soaked
- 1 star anise
- 2 cloves
- 2 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Thick Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups water
- (Potato starch solution)
- Put belly meat into boiling water to cook for 10 minutes. Remove and brush skin with Angel Light Soy Sauce.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan, add in meat with skin facing down and pan fry until golden brown. Remove and soak meat in water for 1 hour.
- Pour (C) into pot, bring to a boil, add in (B) to cook for 30 minutes.
- Add in belly meat and simmer until meat becomes tender.
- Arrange vegetables in a plate, put in all the cooked ingredients and serve hot.
