Hot And Spicy Mackerel
- 2 slices Mackerel (300 – 400 gm)
- Salt to taste
- 40 gm each of 3 colors (red, green and yellow) capsicum
- 40 gm big onion
- 2 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Sriracha Sauce
- 1 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Rub salt all over fish. Cut capsicums and big onion into thin strips.
- Heat oil in pan, add in fish and pan fry both sides until golden brown and cooked.
- Mix ingredients (B) with seasoning (C) and spread on fried mackerel. Serve hot.
