Grilled Seafood Combo
- 500 gm Salmon fillet
- 100 gm soaked cuttlefish
- 100 gm squids
- 200 gm lala
- 300 gm prawns
- 1 crab
- 100 gm shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp ANGEL BRAND Oyster Sauce
- A pinch of thyme, rosemary, dill, and parsley
- Baby tomatoes
- Grill ingredients (A) on a griller until cooked, remove and place in a bowl.
- Mix in ingredients (B) evenly.
- Put all the cooked ingredients on a platter and arrange ingredients (C) at the side before serving.
